This Privacy Policy explains how The Routine Platform (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information on theroutineplatform.com. This is currently a pre-launch marketing and waitlist site. If you have any questions, email us at hello@theroutineplatform.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address (required).
- Optional details you choose to share: what you coach (including any free-text description), your number of active clients, the tools you currently use, a monthly revenue band, the features you’re most interested in, the plan you clicked, and the language of the page.
When you visit, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes your IP address and approximate country to pick your language and currency and to protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Cookies & local storage
We use only functional and strictly-necessary storage — no advertising or tracking cookies, so no consent banner is required:
trp-theme— remembers your light/dark theme choice.trp-lang— remembers your language choice.trp-cc— your country for the session, to set language and currency.- Cloudflare Turnstile & security cookies — spam and bot protection.
Why we use it
- To add you to the waitlist, send a welcome email and occasional launch updates, and understand demand and which features matter — on the basis of your consent (you submit the form).
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam — on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted processors:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage (Workers KV), security (Turnstile), and geolocation.
- Resend — to send the welcome and launch emails and to hold your address in our mailing audience.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
Emails
You’ll receive a welcome email and may receive occasional updates as we open spots. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Data retention
We keep your signup until we launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (for example, the United States) under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@theroutineplatform.com and we’ll respond promptly.
Children
The Routine Platform is intended for professional coaches and trainers and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
